Donations made to SGC Education and Welfare Society.
Digital educational resources once accessed.
Any service that has already been provided or completed.

Provide transaction details and the reason for the refund request.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Users may cancel any educational service request within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be honored if the service has already been provided.
